Real Time Networks offers solutions to improve team productivity, reduce administrative costs, and make sure company’s most important assets are secure with robust tracking, management, and monitoring solutions —within and beyond the perimeter of their facilities while reducing security risks and liability. We refer to these solutions collectively as our “Services”.
We will never sell your personal information to any third party.
We may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, we do not transfer your personal information to the third party.

An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf by sending a written authorization signed by you to the email to email@example.com. We may still require you to directly verify your identity and confirm that you provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request.
There is no accepted standard on how to respond to Do Not Track signals, and we do not respond to such signals.

As described above, your personal information may be transferred to the Real Time Network’s servers and service providers outside of the EU and the UK. We rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the lawful transfer of European data to our servers and service providers in Canada. For any onward transfers to our service providers in the United States, we rely on your consent.
In the event you consider the Real Time Networks’ processing activities of your personal data to be inconsistent with applicable data protection laws or that the Real Time Networks has not sufficiently ensured the realization of your rights, you have the right to file a complaint with the local supervisory authority responsible for data protection matters in your jurisdiction.
