The Solution​​

WRPS deployed AssetTracer intelligent lockers for weapons, operational equipment, radios, and pass-through evidence storage, alongside KeyTracer RFID-enabled key cabinets for fleet key control. RTNConnect integrated the platform with the agency's existing Genetec Synergis access-control environment, enforcing qualification-based access at the point of use.

The Results​​

WRPS now operates with a complete, auditable record across every controlled asset class. Every transaction is authenticated, time-stamped, and tied to an individual officer, and restricted equipment is automatically blocked from unqualified personnel, giving the agency a defensible position for use-of-force reviews, oversight inquiries, and evidence challenges.
